Yesterday I created a KH rp on yahoo groups, and anyone can join! It's called 'Transient Hearts, Ephemeral Defiance' and we have 9 players so far. ^^ I thought now would be a good time since everyone's on the hype about KHII.

No true plot has been established yet because we haven't started playing, right now all we're doing is claiming characters and working on bios. But I want more people to join, so everyone who likes KH should check it out! It'll take place a little while after KHI, and run AU to KHII. ^~

Well...since my last DA journal entry was in May, I thought I'd actually write something. Normally I don't bother with journals and diaries -- online or off -- but...

Meh, who really reads these, anyway?

I was really insanely hyper earlier (as were two dears of mine, Tania and <---Koro). It was...really random and fun, zombies and lapdances and catching knives and tentacle hentai using ramen...

Now I'm rather mellow, though.

Recently I took a trip to DC to meet up with Tania (normally she lives in Berlin). The plane ride was a bit screwed up...but the trip itself was very fun. I went to the art museum and the Smithsonian (sp?) museum of natural history...they were wonderful. It was a little scary because Tania's dad is the Mexican ambassador to the Organization of American States, so I wanted to make a good, sophisticated impression...and I actually had to learn how to eat properly four different utensils...that was interesting.

Ambassador Chen took us to see the Organization of American States federal building. It was very grand and beautiful, and I met a lot of diplomats and politicians (though I wished I would've payed more attention in Spanish class!). I saw where the original delegates once sat, each one had a beautifully carved mahogany hair with the name of the country on it (Brazil, Cambodia, Puerto Rico, etc), it was definitely something. I was very happy and awed, I don't think many people get to see such things.

And it was wonderful to be with Tania. I've known her for four years online, but it was still like meeting for the first time. It was a bit strange, she's very composed online but in person she's more open and carefree. Whereas I...I am the opposite. I'm hyper online, but rather refined in person...

Anyway, it was a great trip. ^^

I was a bit sad to return home, and it didn't help that my ex-girlfriend pissed me off. I broke up with her, but I still considered her my closest friend, you know? And I don't have too many close friends, as I'm really quite introverted and keep to myself.

For awhile she wouldn't talk to me, and I was a bit depressed. My other friends are in different grades than I, so...she's more or less the only one I see at school. Plus, she was my first friend when I moved here and the one I was always most relaxed around. I do enjoy her company, and...though I'm more or less a loner, I don't like too much solitude. We did date for like...6 months...and I was more than a bit hurt that she was willing to push me aside so easily.

Tania told me she didn't want me to be alone, and if would help my relationship with my ex she was willing to disappear for awhile. I couldn't possibly do that, not only because it's Tania but...

I have too much dignity to condition myself to maintain a friendship, even if I care about the person. Does that make me prideful? If a person cares about you...they wouldn't ask you to give something/someone you cherish up, right?

But I was happy because Tania said that, for it meant she truly cared about my happiness above everything.

I'm not sure what changed, but my ex is now talking to me again...and more or less carrying on as if nothing happened...

This cheers me up, though I don't think I could ever be as genuine around her as I once was. Ah, well.

What's done is done, and I'm not longer bothered by it.

Yup, yup, it's another day -- Tuesday, actually -- and I just recently returned from attending ACEN. ^^~ An anime convention in Chicago. I never would've guessed I'd be going all the way to Chicago for a con!

Planning for Ikasucon in July...

Not sure who I'm going to cosplay as. ^^ Puchiko from Di Gi Charat, perhaps, but I've always wanted to cosplay as Kuja (FFIX) and Dio Eraclea (Last Exile)! They're my lifelong goals! XD
